hmmm, just spotted the 'Weight Loss Pills: you don't need a Doctor's prescription!' ad here on NS.

weight loss pills. It makes sense, with less weight, we can go bigger and jump easier, the limbs will be easier to control and we can eat less and spend less money. YAY for weight loss!!! although i don't need it, i'm underweight :)

They dont work, the best they are is a placebo. the only way to get thinner with thoughs is by excercising while takin em.

I remember reading an article in biology a few years ago about this miracle weight loss pill that actually worked. It turned out it contained a tapeworm. So I guess it accomplished its goal, weight loss, but with a little bit of a cost.

excercise = weight gain. excercise creats muscle muscle weighs more than fat. (depending on the kind of excercise i guess) but your not as fat if you excersise.

yea, I've heard that diet pills can get really addicting, and so people are really dependant on them to the point that it gets really unhealthy. Just stick to running in the morning. And if you want to be healthy in the long run, lift weights cause it'll raise your basal metabolism, helping to lose more calories.

Some of them have caffeine, so they get addicting, kinda like coffee. But most of them probably are placebos.
