Micro. Word help, header and footer

I'm making a letterhead for my company

I need a header with my logo and top and 2 lines underneath it.

I need a footer with 3 lines.


when i create the header (or footer), whatever you put in it turns a lighter shade. I like that with the text, however I want my logo to stay the same color.

any ideas geniouses? I tried putting my logo up higher, as just a picture, but when i go to insert the header, it automatcially goes above that.

the header and footer fade when youre working on the document. It'll print normal.

Yeah, hes right, it just fades while your typing. Itll print fine.
