Replying to Questions about gear NEED HELP plz~~

I just bought a new pair of skis : Elan Mo2 175 cm
I weigh around 130 pounds, and 5'11 (178cm)
I'm a completely newbie in the park XD, just started out, but can ski most of the runs of the mountain, never tried back country yet, and I'm totally clueless about some gear problems:
1. What bindings would fit my skis better (for starter), and have a moderate price.
2. I've been looking over the forum, and see ppl set their DIN settings incredibly high(the beginner skis I had last year were 4 @_@), what settings should be more appropriate for starters.

3.I plan to only spend aorund 40% park and 60% of time on normal runs this year since I'm just starting in the park, would 3,4 cm from True Center work?

Help would be highly appreciated :)
