I am building a box with 1/4inch puckboard. I am not putting an edge around it though and want to know how it will hold up. So those of you with experience does the edge of the plastic chip or any thing?

The edges kinda shave off into little curls and eventually it just becomes round on the edges. It's fine and you'll have no problems.

well ya that might happen^. or you might end up taking chunks out of it. I put pvc pipes as the coping on my hdpe rails. Set it equal, maybe a little lower. Works alright, the hdpe still gets shaved sometimes but it keeps it from getting really bad.

yea, i had problems with chipping but more like taking huges chunks out of it and cracking, mainly becuz the edges of the plastic sheet stick out lots and it got caught on my skis and just screwed it right out
