BIG PROBLEM!!! help!!!!

Ok so last season im skiing at mount snow! well i go to hit this huge jump (switch) :) anyways im lookin down at one of my butterlicious and notice its got a huge crack in it. Im Pissed. Well i go over the jump and when i go to land this sick cab 7 and the fuckin thing snaps and i fall breaking my femur. I had several surgeries and am still recovering. Do you think i can sue ninthward for all that paypa theyz makin.??

dont want to be harsh, im real sorry for your pain and all, but the last thing this industry needs is MORE people sueing ski companies and mountains. When we elect to spin of axis off a 50 foot jump, 40 feet in the air, we have to accept responsibility for the fact that we might fuck ourselves up.
