you obviously didnt search hard enough, there are 4375247858734 threads on this

first, get an imgae you like. then open it with some photo or picture editor, i recommend using photoshop. resize the image as 50 by 50 pixels. then resave it as a GIF. then on newschoolers, go to "my ns, then "member icon. here browse and select your image. if it says image is too big... then 6kor something, you need to optimize the image. if it says adding new icon, or somethig. wait a second then click refresh. then you should see your image. pm me if you have any problems
