yeah.. go sit in the back of the bus.

If you can to flip on a tramp all the time, then you've pretty much got the motion down. but if you get to the jump on skis and you freak out because you're about to go upside down and forget that its just like a tramp then you'll get hurt. its all a big mind game.

i used to think about the same thing but just throw it just like u would on a tramp a bit harder than u normally would and ull make it around my first try at a back i was afraid so i threw so my head dint go all the way down and almost ended up doing a flair then saw that i wasnt going to die so i just started throwing them normally and got em good practice on a tramp is just not bouncing at all and throwing the trick to get the timing down

the first time i tried a back flip I had nooooo idea what I was doing. I got like half way around and landed on my head (in powder). Then i tried again and threw super hard to make it all the way around, and over rotated big time, and landed on my head. so pretty much I learned by trial and error. then I learned to do them on a tramp. i recommend being able to do them on a tramp first. there's less brain damage that way.
