Wisdom Helmet Strap

I have been messin with my wisdom to get the strap off and i can't. Every time i try i think i will break them. Some one help me out and tell me how to take the strap off.

put some muscle into it and just twist and pull/ i thought i was going to break mine to when i was trying to get it off. but u juss gotta man up and pull that shit and kidna twist it and juss work it off
