just got bindings on ebay. I saw them on another sight for a lot more so i bid without finding out nething about em. I read the little booklet that they came with and it says that they are alpine bindings. Will they be ok mounted on park skis for mainly groomed snow?

When u say "ditch the lifters" i assume u mean the thin little plastic base thingys. Will the bindings still mount correctly with the lifters removed?

You have to file down the screws or get shroter ones, which some shops charge you for. I was going to mount mine without lifters but decided it was too much of a hassle to deal with the screws. It honestly doesn't make very much difference whether they're on or not. It's not like they're race risers or anything.

well the risers affect the flex of the ski to, i'm not a big fan of 'em. call your shop and tell 'em you want them to take the lifters off and ask if they have the right screws, hopefully they'll either hook up for free or tell you what kind to get at a hardware store where it'd be super cheap.
