Lake Louise

I wanna go here soon. basically whats it like? Is it a ski town so i dont have to drive to go skiing ect. Good town ect?

Basically i know nothing about this place but want to go there. Any advice ect is appreciated

lake is about 1hour drive from banff so its kinda far i guess but banff is kinda a ski town deff a party town

the best place to stay would be banff. i don't think the actual town has much for hotels. but if you stay in banff then you can go to three different hills within 1 hours drive (sunshine, louise, and norquay).possibly kickinghorse which blows all 3 out of the water.

ohk, so its not a town where theres always snow on the ground and you pretty much just drive 5 mins to get to the mtn? Banff that is. sounds sick though

well lake louise is a little town, but is a pretty sleepy place, and from banff to lake louise is 30-45 mins depending on how u drive

unless you work at chatue lake louise dont live there.

you want to live in canmore or banff.. either of those and you will be happy.

they are both about 40 minutes from louise and 30 from sunshine and they are both in the mountains
