not really. both are fairly wide (ARVs a bit more) soft, and freestyle specific. that being said, go with the arvs, better construction. they will ride better. but those lines were the best ones built to date.

I've been skiing on these skis for the last two seasons and still loving it. A ski usually doesn't last me more than a season, so this ski's pretty strong(the longest lasting pair i've had). I find it a little soft (5"11', 165) so if u are really tall and weigh more that may be an issue...
overall a great ski. i've never heard anything bad about it

i have some 04 line mike nick pro models. i picked them up for like 50 bucks and fixed them up a little. p-texed and fixed an edge. such a deal. i like them alot.
