K2 HELMET Baseline ACS earphone/pads????

I got a K2 helmet last season and am looking for their earpads that work with mp3 players and walkie talkies. DOES anyone have these "Baseline ACS" earpads/earphones??? I can't seem to find them anywhere for sale. Thanks.

I just got these from REI and they are so amazing!!! They have two little jacks one that plugs into my ipod, the other into the walkie talkie. it has a little flexible mic for the walkie talkie. If I push on the right earpad (with my mittenhands) it turns the volume on mute and if I push on the left earpad it makes my voice project on the walkie talkie mic!!! How awesome to be able to use both the ipod and walkie talkie without taking them out of my jacket and keeping my mittens on. Can't wait to use them skiing!
