Computer freezing

anyone know a way to make my computer not freeze when internet explorer has more than one icon open. or when i get a pop up ad it freezes

defrag your hd and if that doesnt do it, reformat.

Don't use IE :-)... try an alternative browser like Opera from opera.com or Mozilla from Mozilla.org I guarentee they will work better.
