im 5'5 and weigh about 113 pounds. should i go for a medium or small? do they shrink when washed?

i want a size that fits, not a 4xl.

i tried on some bape hoodies at a store near me and my friend who's like 6 feet tall and on the bigger side tried an xl and it fit her good. so go for an xl or like an xxl.
