So I had a quick question regarding boots for this season...I am going to start skiing again this year (havent since like 3rd grade) and was wondering what I should do for boots. I had a friend that was going to hook me up with some but he no longer can...so I have to buy some. My question is, would the salomon foil or spk be a better choice? They both fit pretty well, and although i will be a begginner, I think I will learn pretty fast. I have been fruitbooting for a majority of my life...and am pretty good at it. hopefully I will be able to incorperate some of my rollerblading knowledge to skiing, but I just am unsure if I should fork over that much cash straight up...But I would most likely be keeping the boots for more than a couple seasons...any thoughts? I basically want something as soft and as similar to a skate boot as i can get. Thanks
