So this might be s a stupid question but I was wondering if someone can help me. I have been skiing in boots that were size 24.5 and just got a new pair of boots at the end of last season. Apparently my old boots were to big so my new boots are size 23. Do I need to have my bindings readjusted? Is it something that I can do by myself so I don't have to take them into my lame ski store that takes way to long to do anything??? Thanks for any input.
the adjustment tracks on the heelpiece will go a couple cms in either direction usually, but you won't know for certain until you get your new boots and just try to adjust the bindings. really though, you should just ask a shop tech to adjust them, unless you know about setting forward pressure, adjusting toe wings & height (salomon), etc.
I'm just assuming that since you're a size 23 boot and weren't smart enough to even mention what kind of bindings you have, that you are too young and stupid for me to even try to explain to you how to adjust your bindings
so yea
take em to the shop
^not to post whore, but actually an even better idea is to take it to a shop and when the tech adjusts your bindings, have him explain how to do it so you can do it yourself the next time.
