the whole switch scene sometimes isn't too friendly on your knees.
what do you personally think is safer for park? pivot or no pivot?
durability is not an issue for this conversation...
and one more thing. fks 120's have multi-directional realease for the toe piece, as opposed to the fks 155's and higher, which only have one. true statement?

I'd say FKS, the turntable is awesome. And I think that statement is true.

That is true. The 155's and 185's have the all-metal toepiece, but the 120's have the regular one. I think the FKS 120's would be a great park binding, but the px12 jib is easily as good if not better for park.

the fks 155 has a salomon type toe piece and the fks 120 has a normal rossi toe piece

The only problem I have with the "turntable" style heelpiece is the slightly slack interface it creates between the boot and ski.
The Look PX series definitely makes a much firmer connection to the ski, though at the expense of the twisting heel release safety of the Look P and Rossi FKS series.

What?! The 155's and 185's have the same toe piece as all other Looks, except with a higher DIN and all metal construction. There is nothing there that resembles any Salomon product.

Wow, completely wrong.
But ok, heres my 2 cents. I rode one year in park with rossi 14s on din 8-9 and blew my knee. But i also poped out when i needed. This year i rode fks155 at din 8-9 (10-12 in the back because of switch pop outage) and my knees were fine and i probably did more risky things than the year before. Its practicly the same, just ones metal and more tough.
And on a side note, i trashed the fuck outa my scratch bindings, and my fks bindings are like in great condition still, def worth the money(especially if you get a discount like i did)

they dont resemble, but the 155s and 185s do not have the multi-directional toe- it will not twist like the 120 or the regualr axial binding toepieces
