HARRY POTTER STAR, 17, SNORTS COCAINE
By Henry Austin
TEENAGE Harry Potter star Jamie Waylett is today exposed as a sordid cocaine user.
Shocking photos show the 17-year-old actor, schoolboy bully Vincent Crabbe in the hit movies, sniffing a fat "line" of coke.
He is said to take the illegal Class A drug at wild parties.
The podgy millionaire has also invited STRIPPERS back to his flat.
The pictures - filmed by the pal on a mobile phone - show shameless Waylett:
SNORTING coke through a tightly rolled-up £10 note off a friend's coffee table.
LEANING over to hoover up every last grain of the drug.
SMIRKING as the white powder kicks in and apparently revelling in its affect on his brain.
The People can also reveal that out-of-control Waylett has SMOKED marijuana joints and BRAGGED about getting high at a Harry Potter film premiere.
Roles in four Potter films have made him big money and he is currently filming the fifth in the series, Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix.
But the friend, who captured the squalid night at a pal's wild party in North London just two weeks ago, said: "Jamie is spiralling out of control.
"He takes cocaine almost every time I see him, whether it's at a party at a friend's house or at his own home. He's a lways chopping out a line.
"If he runs out, people can get it easily for him. I dread to think what it's costing him. But if I was to guess I'd say he's spending hundreds of pounds a week on it.
"I think he uses it to be accepted by people. But with cocaine he's attracting the wrong sort of crowd.
"Although he's a star, he's like the kid who desperately wants to fit in. He wants to be accepted as a normal guy so he overcompensates."
In the phone camera footage a group of pals watch as Waylett snorts the cocaine. After the fix, he slouches back into the black leather sofa then rubs his nose to get rid of any spare grains.
The mate said: "Jamie is wild. He told me that he got high at the premiere of the last film, Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire.
"He said he had about eight grams of cocaine and was 'high as a kite' after sneaking off to the toilets to take it.
"He said people like the press were asking him questions but he couldn't remember what he'd said because he was so wasted."
Our exclusive revelations will shock millions of Harry Potter fans and their parents.
On Friday night Waylett, who met George W Bush in 2003, begged a woman posing as a stripper to go to his flat and dance for him.
They discussed the plan in a string of text messages and calls.
The girl, calling herself Ashlee, told him: "Me and my friends were going to come round to your house, have some fun and do some dancing for you." He replied: "Yeh, yeh, that's cool, that's cool, that's cool. If you want to come and see me, it's cool. We're just here chilling.
"If you want to come round and have some jiggy, we're just here jamming."
"Ashlee" agreed to his pleas to go round but said she had to finish work in a strip club first.
She said: "Are you going to be up then?" Waylett replied: "I'm awake, man."
In a call she asked: "Should I get some of my friends ready or just myself ?"
Eager Waylett answered: "Just you come yourself and meet me yeh, we'll chill. I want to see you though, yeh. See you later."
Later still he said: "Come and meet me tonight after work. I'm awake. Call me definitely. Just you come and meet me after work. I want to see you."
Our girl eventually said she could not make the date.
The former pal also told of Waylett's love of the powerful skunk form of marijuana.
He said: "He's has had at least half an ounce on him, sometimes more, and if he runs out, he can readily get more. It's very rare that you see him without a spliff in his mouth. He's even got a book which tells him how to roll up joints into different shapes.
"He must spend at least £300 a week on that alone, never mind what he blows on cocaine."
Waylett, known as Potter to his mates, lives alone in a ground floor flat in Kilburn, North London.
His mum Theresa used to live there as well but moved out.
Since then the £250,000 home has become a filthy mess.
Takeaway boxes and trays litter the carpets, while records and clothes are strewn across the floors and furniture. The carpets are covered in stains and the rooms reek of tobacco.
The pal said: "It used to be nice when he lived with his mum but now it's a dump. You have to clear space in the rubbish before you can sit down.
"He never cooks, he just goes to the kebab house or gets in takeaways. After he's finished he never cleans them away.
"It's disgusting. There must be mouldy rotting food.
"I'm afraid when I sit down I'll get my clothes stained."
Waylett loves to splash his cash on designer clothes and jewellery - but seems to have no respect for his belongings.
The pal said: "He buys all the urban style, designer lables like Rocawear and he has quite a bit of bling jewellery. Clothes like that are very expensive but he just treats them like they're off the market.
"It's the same with his records. He's got a set of turntables and thinks he's some sort of garage DJ.
"But half of his records are on the floor or scratched.
"He doesn't treat anything properly. I think he just assumes he's got the money to replace it." Waylett, who almost died in a car accident at the age of nine, shot to fame when he was just 12.
He was spotted when talent scouts for the film Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone unexpectedly turned up at his West London school.
The youngster beat 80,000 other hopefuls to win the role of thick-set Crabbe, a henchman of boy wizard Harry's arch enemy Draco Malfoy.
Like Daniel Radcliffe, 17, who plays Harry, Emma Watson, 16, who plays Hermione, and Rupert Grint, 18, their pal Weasley, Waylett has a central role. He always ends up looking a fool, like the scene in which he gets a ferret down his trousers in The Goblet Of Fire.
Now he allegedly brags to friends about the fortune stardom has brought him. The expal said: "He's always showing off and boasting about how he can do whatever he wants.
"He said he filed a tax return last year for £180,000.
"Everytime he needs money, he just rings someone. I don't know what he's telling them he needs it for - but I bet he doesn't say it's to buy drugs"
Some of Waylett's so-called friends are exploiting him. The friend explained: "People are always borrowing money and never paying it back."
But the star loves to play on showbiz friendships, especially with his fellow Potter stars Daniel and Emma.
The friend said: "He's always making out they're really close. They could well be but I've never seen them together apart from at the premieres."
The concerned ex-friend fears the troubled young actor is showing signs of drug addiction, adding: "When he hasn't got it he gets panicky. He's paranoid and paces up and down. He gets pretty bad.
"But there is always more money at the end of the phone and he will jump in a cab or get a friend to drive him.
"He's fallen in with a bad crowd and needs help.
"If he carries on like this, he'll end up a useless junkie with no money to brag about."
Yesterday Jamie wouldn't come to his front door, while his agent refused to comment.
