it depends... if a wheelchair dude (parapalegic not quad) stole my wallet and tried to get away... i'd just run after him, catch up, and pull the handles; make him wheelie, and then may him fall over backwards... either that or i'd throw run after him... wait till he get going really fast, and then stick something in his spokes... that'd be hilarious.

dude thats hits not funny. i have a quadrapalegic aunt, and she is so tite, but about the cliff thing and not being able to flail, yes they would. they are called reflexes. they are things that can't be controlled. the signal for reflexes doesn't even travel through all of the neurons to the brain. it reaches the tail bone and goes back down then the reflex happens. same with when you are like half asleep and you think your falling, then jump up, her whole body jumps, even legs and arms
Also on July 24th watch the show True LIfe on MTV. i know mtv is gay but they are doing a special on life in a wheel chair, and she is the main person in it. she got hurt from cheer camp, doing a trick or sumthing and it went wrong and some guy landed on her neck
