Negative Political Ads

I think they're extremely obnoxious. I'd rather hear about the good things that this guy has done, rather than the bad things the other guy has done. And these days, there seems to be more negative ads than positive. Ghey.

If you have no political background, what should you base your ads on (That people will care about in their campaigns)? They're annoying, but that's how it is.

That's how it is with the senate race around here.  Come to think of it, that's kind of how every presidential election has been for a while.  Instead of pointing out why they should represent you, the candidates just say why the other guy shouldn't.  That is one of the major reasons everybody has such a negative attitude toward politicians.  Instead of picking who is best for the job, we are voting for the one that doesn't look quite as bad.
