hey for anyone here who has some idea on setting up an AT system. I have been a few times and have been stuck using shitty rental skis and bindings. I want to hook myself up this year with some good skis and bindings, are these bindings able to handle alot of abuse. I hate having a plastic parts touring binding which doesnt allow me to ski the lines I want. These bindings look pretty burly, will they be sufficient. I dont want to do anything huge, but 20-30ft cliffs ands some fun rowdy lines is where i kinda want to go with my touring.

I love the Nx21. They are pretty burly and I've felt comfortable on them up to 20 footers without any problems. BUT, you need to know how to land and have good snow. A hard landing will be a little rough on them.
If you are looking for the best compromise between touring and hard skiing, the Nx21 is the best. As long as you dont push it too hard than youll be fine.
If you really want to charge, trekkers + s916s are the way to go.
