Differences between 06 Scratch boot and 06 1080 Foil boot?

Trying to get opinions of people who actually ride with either the 06 Scratch or 06 1080 Foil ski boot. Let me know how they ride and if there's any differences. i can buy either, well the 1080 boot for about 30 bucks more, but i'm doing some research before throwin down a few bills.
