ive done that before,

my friend bet i couldn't stay off for 4 days.
I had to catch myself once.
Logging on when i sit down on my computer is ingrained into my subconscious.

You can read messages by just clicking on "messages" under the "my ns" menu instead of clicking on the actual message, and then it doesn't appear as read.
