Replying to Better Jacket?

Well, I need a new jacket for ski season. I've picked out two that I like, the Mission Six Icon or The Aeryx Polycargo. I would like to know which jacket will be better for me though. I ski midwest, so the condtions I ski in are always changing. (Really cold one day, warm the next, raining sometimes, etc.) So... I need a jacket that will be warm when I need it to be but also waterproof too. I am leaning toward the polycargo because it looks warmer, but you probably cant judge a jacket on it's looks. anyway what do you guys think?
