Yo I just got back from Colorado and I skied knee deep powder! Not only did I ski powder but I did it on my center mounted thalls because I wasnt expecting much snow.
We went to the Loveland Pass backcountry and built a huge booter....best time of my life. And when we skied down the mountain we just hitchhiked back up. I never thought I would ski so much powder in mid october, especially on my thalls.
