Friend just bought a new snowmobile and we are hit it up soon. Looking to see what you guys think I should look at. Im 6'4 and 205lbs and these would just be a BC setup for me.
yeah you want my line prophet 130s......for your size they would rule.....130 width, full twin tip, wood core. King of the bc my man. They are this years on top of that. Hit me up.
arg i am not completley sure about, however every review/person i have talked to about the pontoon have said that it is a ski made only for epic pow days. and that it BLOWS everywhere else.
Prophet 130s and ANTs are both huge sick skis. ANTs are a little longer which would be good for you cause you're really tall however prophet 130s do have more overall surface area. I personally think the ANTs are a bit more versatile and on the days that aren't totally epic you'll have more fun on the ANTs
hmm i duno man i think i'd some ants if i were you. im pretty much same size as you -10 pounds and when i rode my buddies they were soo sick. i'd go for those
yup, they said it. ants would kill it.
they also said gots, they were also right.
i dunno if you want a fat twin or not or how hard you charge. if your pretty fearsome and want some burly muthas to break the land speed record down huge faces, look at the legend pro (xxl), b-squads or m103s.
gots or ants sound like the sensible choix though...
id go for some JPvs.Juliens probly the 188cm, i think they are 188. but they should do good.. if your just gunna ski pow though and no jumps, maybe try some K2 Pontoons, or Amrada ARG's, when they come out.
Go with an untraditional shape, you'll never go back. I don't know what spatulas are going for on ebay these days, I know the price has gone up, but really anything with reverse camber. You'll love them. Oh and you don't need ridiculous amounts of snow to work them, they're awesome in anything soft.
