Go to your file where you music is, my music or wherever. Then just drag it over, then drop it into the story board.

WMM is pretty self explanitory..all its really good for is cutting clips and putting music to it.

you put your camera on a tripod and leave it recording on something thats going to look interesting when sped up, clouds moving, cars moving, etc...and then you capture it all onto your editing program and find the "speed/duration" option in your program...then make it as fast as you want, alot of times the faster the better for timelapses
