Basically I am looking for advice on which ski to get. I am looking at the AR6, ARV and JPvsJulien, but I am leaning towards the JPvsJ as I heard it copes well all over the mountain especially when the snow is hard. Price does not bother me as I get a discount at my local shop. Could you guys give me your opinions on the skis, also what is the flex like. Thankyou
who told u jp's cope well all over the mtn....esp when the snow is hard? theyre good esp when the snow is soft. Go with arvs or ar6....ar6s being much stiffer
ARV is probably going to be the most versatile, depends on where you are and what kind of conditions you'll be riding in though, the JP's are good for soft snow, the Ar6's will hold the best edge on hard pack, ARV's are somewhere in between.
Who ever told you that the JPs are the allmountian ski was full of it. They are a bc booter ski. Yes they can handle them selfs on groomers and some hardpack but they are deffinatly not ment for it. Id go with either the AR6 or the ARV, going with the AR6 if you like a stiffer ski
jp vs. juliens aren't meant as an all mountain ski. pipe cleaner or arv are the all mountain skis. Go with pc if your going to do hardpack, go with arv if your going to do softer conditions.
