as much as i realize that facebook can be pretty lame (started out as a place for prep school kids only..pfffff) i've created a group called shralpaholics anonymous that i cordially invite anyone and everyone on ns to participate in. right now it's just starting and any contributions of photos or skiing related artwork would be appriciated.

Facebook was started as a College and university only myspace. So students could meet/talk/without most danger, as well as keep in touch with friends going to different schools.
It went down hill when it opened to regions and highschools.
Im, at shit community college, and went to a drug addicted public school.

speaking of facebook, the teachers at my school made an account posing as some kid who graduated last year. anyways they searched through the kids profiles (the ones that weren't private) and got all of them suspended because they all had drinking and smoking in their pictures. its so gay

yeah they did the exct same thing to me. i got in trouble for drinking and i was lik like shit i should probably delete all those pictures and i couldn't get onto facebook fast enought and i got escorted down to the RD's office followed by a lengthy speech and a contract saying i will attend an alcoholics class. its bullshit. i then changed everything that i possibly could to private so no one except the people i allowed to look at it could.

That's called invasion of privacy, they have no legal right to take any action on what you do oustide of school property. Sue-their-ass.
