Ski Movies

There's a couple of things ski movie producers should consider I think... because I've been buying a bunch of movies lately......

First of all most of them come with a free subscription to Freeskier. I live in Europe, I pay 50 swiss bucks for a DVD, to find a wonderful free subscription inside "FOR U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY." Fuck that shit.

Secondly, it would rock if the DVDs would also come with a sound track CD, or at least the audio somehow separately on the DVD. Again, u pay a lot of money, it would be convenient to have the music separately so you don't have to download it if you want to ski to it.

And a small feature I would like to see is an option to get subtitles that indicate the rider and the location (resort) of the shot u r watching.

other than thats, it's all pretty sweet. I love the extras they put on there.

yeahh they should offer a fall line/dark summer subscription instead for uk residents

-Thats a good idea...subtitle features are so underused. It would be especially good in mixed rider parts.
But I think the soundtrack CD thing is a whole nother ballpark of complication. Isn't downloading easy enough?

the soundtrack idea was utilized by MSP during "Global Storming" but the rights to produce an actual CD with the songs on it for sale is so complicated. That is why you don't see the soundtracks accompanying the films. That would be sick though.
