Yay so i turn 18 today but then i realize that its just a year older than 17, i dont like when people make it out to be so big. Im still in high school! Everyone's giving me all this serious shit about being an adult but I don't even want to think of this. Its not even like I can do anything cool when im 18 anyways, unless getting tried as an adult counts. Cigarrets=no, def not gambling, def not voting. so yaaay now i can watch porno and get arrested as an adult, sounds great.

your kind of a dumbass. if you have ever complained about bush, which you probably have, you no longer have the right to do so because your not voting. second, when your 18 you can buy cigars pipes/bongs/papers, porno, shit like that. being 18 is pretty sweet. and last but not least, now that your 18, you can fill out a little bit of paper work, eat some mud and take shit from an old man, and then badda bing you get an m-16 and the right to kill anybody with a towel on their head. tahts a pretty big fucking deal man. also, if they re-instate a draft you can get chosen, you can't fight anyone without having to think about getting charged with assault other shit like that. pretty big deal.

Yeah in NZ you can pretty much do anything, and back home in VT you just drive through the border to get to Montreal and drink however much you want.

The gambling age is 21 in most places. I still think you can be 18 here in California and gamble at some of the small Indian Casinos, anytime alcohol is being served though its no go.
