Im trying to decide these two skis. Last year I rocked the Chronics in 177, and loved them in the park. I'll be skiing all park with either of these sticks. Im 5'9" 160, so it'll either the STLs in 177 of TNKs in 175. Theyll be mounted true center. Which ski is more like the Chronic? Im afraid the STLs will be too soft, and the TNKs too stiff... Right now im leaning towards the TNKs with a wider underfoot (86) holla!
Um the TNK's will be more like the Chrons because they are kinda stiff right?
But nonetheless the TNK's are more like the MSP's with a firm flex through the ski, but they are a lil softer.
And TNK's are made more as a pipe ski, with a poppy tail.
The STL's are soft and fun sticks, I don't think you will go wrong with either
2,2 mm, like all other 4FRNTs, and YES they are very strong, I smashed mine on rails all the time and not ONE single crack, only some detuning...
Those were the good ol' dayz on my 05 MSP's. R.I.P
