How to compress and upload video

the best way to compress a video small enough to be able to upload, while keeping it a decsent quality, is to make it a quicktime file, the import it into itunes, and then while the file is selected, in itunes, clicke the advanced tab, and convert selection for ipod. this file will be small enough and maintain good enough quality to put on the internet. if you convert selection for ipod and its not a quicktime file, the audio wont compress with the file, you will have no sound.
also. i havent been able to succesfully load anything to newschoolers directly, the limit is to low. you best bet is to upload it to myspace, putfile, googlevideo, or something like that and just copy the link to newschoolers. i hope this helps a lot.
Peace

the best way to do it is windows movie maker believe it or not. It lets you pick the size you want. And NS is a killer video host as long as you have the right file sizes.

Windows Media is probably the owrst codec around, plus windows media player deosn't even play its own format at times. .MP4 is the way to go and it plays on Ipods. But The itunes thing is not a bad trick.
