thats probly the hardest to do becides a c or s...do it how you do a halfpipe for skateboarding with cutting the 2 sides out of plywood and putting the supports between them then putting the surface on it

how anything good gets built.^

Trace and cut two pieces of plywood at once, so they are identical. then make marks at either 12 or 16 inches,seperate the cuts and screw 2x4s cut however wide you want your box to the inside of your plywood, keeping the top edge "flush" so your top sheet will lay flat.

I dont know how you would build an sbox with out it warping, i think mammoth had problems with that. I stick to bending metal and welding.
