Replying to So our shop got SPKs. (the dumonts as well)

ok. so we finally got our SPK boots in. im sorry, but for all you kiddies who think its some miracle, its not. they should rename the boot gimick, cause thats all it is. the wieght of the boot is right on par with a dalbello or any other high end boot. the 2 buckles is retarded. it does nothing to hold your heel in. the big strap: guess what? its just a big strap. lace up liner-tryin to make them like sb boots, noticed no difference between a traditional boot fit.

mostly, in general, id say this boot is just like every other, its just that NS has hyped it up to be some miracle, which it definatly isnt.


on a second note, we also got the Dumont Pros in. SICK SICK ski, full wood core, theflex is right between med. and stiff, tons of pop. very cool boards, and as far as i know we are one of the only shops to have um right now, unless im missinformed. if anyone wants them, 499, through the shop. just an FYI, i dont care at all if i sell them.
