whole place shut right down, mad people dont have power, no unnessisary driving, etc. Tippical buffalo though, anytime we need snow we dont get it, but in october we get 2 feet.

no you dont.....NY is fucked up, along with lake effect. it never snows in the hills, always buffalo and syracuse. it would be good for urban but too damn far for me to get there before the snow melts

Actually, the city rarely gets much snow. The city gets an average of about 70-80 inches a winter. The hills to the south get an average of 180+ inches.

yea well fuck those hills. bristol never gets anything. we are in the shittiest spot for lake effect. the only possible way for us to get snow is a super strong west wind to carry it across from erie or a real strong north wind to bring it down from ontario
