I had an ACL replacement about 3 months ago. Last night I was drinking a little and there was some snow/ice on the ground (hell yea midwest snow in Oct!) and I slipped. Nothing big and I didn't fall, but my knee kinda dipped inward. I can walk fine and it doesn't seem like to big of a deal, but I have some pain on the outside of my knee and it swelled up a little. Even though the pain is minimal I'm worried because it didn't hurt when I orginally tore it. I think I just tweaked it, but if I have to go through that surgery again I'll cry.
Has anyone who had this type of surgery ever retear their graft? Did it hurt at all? Could you walk? I'm going to PT again this coming thursday, but I need some reassurance before then that everything is alright. Fuck ACL's...
