Hey,
I tore my ACL two seasons ago and I was playing raquette ball last week, and I think I might have damaged or tore it again.
So, yes, I am an idoit, and I may have ruined my season over raquette ball, and it sucks.
I need to find a good ortho/knee doctor, any suggestions, experiences?
