Im kinda pissed about the flute/piccolo deal. I mean before you could go there and have SOME quiet, from the normal people that go there as a tourist deal.
Last year was just that, last year. If you take a look at the webcams there is exactly zero snow up there. And its 10 degrees on the top of the mountain, and if you take a look at the long term forecast the 2 weeks are going to be about average temps with maybe 3 days of precip over 14.
I repeat my statement, It'd be great if it would snow.
You mean you dont have to hike OUT of Flute Bowl...
As far as snow is concerned, if meteorologists know anything this year will most likely suck compared to last. El Nino is a good thing if you live in Cali or Utah, or even New Mexico, but the Pacific Northwest will most likely suck this season. I'm bitter because even though I live in Tahoe, I'll be in whistler for the whole month of march which will probably be Pisssler conditions
Yea aus was the worst ive seen anywhere. i wuit working after about 3 weeks and now im going to rip the japanese pow....best snow in the world in my opinion not as gnarly terrain wise but having to wade through snow up to your waist coming out of the hotel who gives a shit if it dosent have 80 footers.
about whistler, spent there season there 4 years ago and it was a blast, just make australia proud, say mate alot, always be pissed, and sleep with all the hotties. have a killer year mate.
well the thing about the Farmers almanac is that any old joe that has a "feeling" in hisbones can goe and post what he thinks. NOAA knows what the hell they are talking about.
