Scratch Sprayer BC Mounting Point

Hey all. Just picked up a pair of 05/06 Sprayer BCs in a 176 and was wondering where to mount them. I won't be skiing park with them at all. I'm looking to use them as an east coast powder/crud ski. Looking at the mounting point it seems REALLY far forward. I'm worried about going over the bars on them in pow. I was thinking of going 3-4 cm back. Any thoughts?

If you hit ANY park, mount them at recommended, if not even closer to center.
They are far forward for powder, but it's really easy to get used to if you lean back abit more in your stance.
Yeah you can fly over the handles, but im 250 and charge like a mofo in pow.
Anyways, i skied mine at recommended all season and had really no troubles. you should be fine.

The thing is that I'm not going to be hitting ANY park on these skis. Oh well. I'm not in any rush to mount them. I can still think about things and change my mind.

Why should I center mount them if I'm not skiing park on them? What would be the benefit. I don't want to have to make myself ski like shit by sitting in the backseat just to keep the tips up.

don't center mount them. you can't ski agressively backseat.

dont center mount them, put them back a bit, center mounting is too improper to actually "ski" on.

The mounting point is the same as the "modern" point on old scratch bcs(before 06 model). Mount 1cm back if you wont be hitting any park...... or switch landings

is the recommended point on the sprayers the same as the modern line on old scratch bc's? cause it seems a little farther back than that

No, it's the same, give or take maybe half a centimeter
All times are Eastern (-5)
