and then touches it up with the macromedia package, judging by how his website is flash.

A really sick one is Corel Draw X3 but its 400 dollars...I am currently using the free 15 day trial but if you're willing to pay that kind of money then its a pretty good one.

he uses a tablet, with illustrator. and does touchups in corel painter and photoshop is my guess

but why dnt you ask him?
