Rip movie to hard drive for my personal use (nothing illegal there) > Cut clips out of movie with windows movie maker > Import clips into Adobe ImageReady > Resize images > Go to File>Save As Optimized... > Host on Photobucket > Finito!

I think a Flatspin 1260 deserves a bit more than "just a outstanding follow cam"...
