San Francisco is the closset international. on a good day youll be able to make it from the airport in a little over 4 hrs

you are wrong. sacramento is international and is much closer than san fran. im not sure if reno is international... if it is then that would be the closest.

yeah but depending on where he iss, mosst likely he'd have to fly into SSan Francisco insstead of Sacremento

you can fly from a lot of places into sacramento but you are right san francisco is "more international"
