Ok so heres the problem. I have a pair of the 2 year old 1080 boots, the all green ones. I like them a lot, but my feet are constantly moving around. No matter how tight I make the buckles, and try to get my foot locked in. Especially my heels, they always slip forward out of the back of the boot. Im thinkin new boots might solve this, but im not really sure how to solve this problem otherwise.
it sounds like you might have narrow feet. Salomon boots are really wide so they're great for people like me with fat feet but if you have narrow feet you may wanna go with the scratch boot or somthing. I dunno if that boot is acctualyl narrow but rossi boots in general are narrow
were they ever tight? if so your liner is probably packed out, which is something you can replace with custom liners (around $80), it may seem a bit pricey, but if you like the boots, you can save some money by not getting new ones.
80$ definetly isnt as bad as spending 100's on a new pair of boots. thanks man, appreciate the help. I was pretty set on gettin a new pair of boots this year. Just spend my money on other eqpt now.
I went to the ski shop today, and I wasnt even wearin the right size boot. I was a whole size to big, so if anyone wants to buy some season old 1080s let me know. There size 29 or 29.5 Ill have to double check.
