I agree. Here the cops just take your booze and dump that shit out then tell you to get the fuck out of here. unless your driving then you get fucked so bad.

i had to deal with the same shit 6 months ago. ask what the guilty plea is. more than likely, it'll require a 8 hour alcohol class, maybe some community service. try and get a public defender if possible, just lie about your work situation.

they cant search your shit with out reasonable suspicion, ie an aocoholic beverage in your hand. so no this si your fault. but all MIP's get dropped from your record when your 18 sso no biggie. you should be fine

if he saw evidence of illegal activity (MIP, the alcohol in your hand) then he has probable cause to search your car

Suspicion that you could be in possession is enough for them to search.
A bunch of kids in a car on a weekend, most likely someone has some booze on them.

no, that is not enough for them to search you.

what the fuck is with all the hate here? a before you could ask anybody with help getting out of trouble, and guess what? they.... gave you help. i dont really care if im annoying you (to the post above). if you dont like the post, then guess what, theres no rule saying you have to give a reply. just click back, its that easy. are you guys retarded or something? if you act like this in real life, you must have no friends.
example: your friend gets a speeding ticket and asks you:
"hey man, do you know how i can get this ticket thrown out or something? i could really use the lesser fine"
You reply by saying
"no you fucking idiot. you should have known the consequences for speeding. your such a pussy. why dont you go kill yourself? almsot everybody gets a ticket in their lives...."
who's the asshole there? the kid asking for help, or you shitheads who just hate and hate, and never think about even givng a fucking hand to somebody to get them out of some shit they got into?

check out your post count. who wastes more time on here? thought so.
i never said you couldnt post it, i just said that there is no reason to (at least thats what i tried to say, sorry if it came off wrong). thers no reason to post it, so why would you? you have nothing good to say to my problem, then i dont want your help. i'd apreciate it if you stayed out of threads where your just gonna be negative, especially if the person needs help like i do

last i checked... my posts dont depend on a internet forum for help on how to deal with a mistake i made. and a post on ns doesnt mean shit. it takes seconds to make a post. 9000 posts means nothing. its seconds for a post. not a life time per post you twat. so if i have made my life ns...please point it out on how... and me personally would not consider ns a waste of time.

let me spell this out for you retard.
i simply said that you have more posts than me. if you have more posts than obviously you spend much more time on here becaue to make posts, you have to
a. read all the posts in the thread
and b. think of something to say
so yes, when you have 4x the post count as i do it does take up more time. pleast just get the fuck out of the thread man, your not helping it, or my situation, at all, your just being a douchebag.

its called the plain view rule... if the officer can see something in plain view then you dont have to consent to the search

My dad is a cop and has said before that if police have any suspicion that there is illegal activity involving a minor they can enter a person's property/house/car without written permission (a warrant).

heres some hope for ya.
I got busted at Homecoming in Kingston(big party, made the national News last yr) and I had an open beer bootle in my hand walking down to the party(mind you I am 19 and thats the legal drinking age in Canada) and I got a 125$ ticket and it wasnt going on my record. Anyways I payed my ticket as I knew I was guilty and then a couple of weeks I got a letter in the mail saying that the check could not be processed because the cop did not process the ticket properly. I got off lucky and hopefully you will too. Also I know a guy who got caught doing 153 in a 80(mind you KPH) and took it to court, and the cop never showed and he was let free. so there is hope for you what ever way you do take this ticket.
