^ jerk, show and prove, I believe he even says this year that that was his best movie part. 1 huge back and one huge front(the biggest ive seen cleanly stuck). and then ton of pillow lines with regular Seth antics.

He's kinda not had a solid part for a while, I want a company to give him enough footage so we can see the Seth from SM1, 2 and 3 and forward again.
But yeah, his part in Ski Porn is kinda sad in terms of hugeness, but good pillow lines and antics. Show and Prove is better I hear.

He filmed with TGR, PBP, TBP, and tried to with MSP. He is done with MSP though. We will see him in TGR from now on I bet.

God, I hope not, TGR has this really annoying attitude in thier movies, and I really would hate buying thier movies just for him. But you're right, TGR is the only company with a heli-budget that could support him. I hope he stays with TBP, they could be pretty good in a year or so.

Has anyone seen his part in Anomaly (TGR) and can comment?
I have seen Show & Prove, his segment is alright, there is quite a bit of him skiing at two different cat skiing places with Tanner (mostly tree skiing, pillow lines, some small flips) and one day worth of heli footage in Pemberton (2 week trip they only got clear sky on the last day) and yes he sticks one HUGE front and one HUGE back clean, but there isn't much gnarly big line/air because they only filmed one sunny day, the rest is foggy pow in the trees (still dope).
I haven't seen Ski Porn yet but he shares a seg with two other people so it's probably mad short.

Its his speed too, he really pushes it, you can see the wind drag in his skis when he goes for the huge backs. Read the new Tanner Hall interview in SBC skier and he even gives Seth hands down props for throwing shit that is unmatched.

Yep he is unmatched overall. Other people go fast (Nobis, Hugo, McIntosh) and hit big drops in fast lines (Hugo, McIntosh, PY Leblanc etc) but none go as big as seth IN a line, flip/spin and land/ski away. He is the best.

Ok having seen Anomaly and Ski Porn id say if you want MORE seth buy Ski Porn but if you want Incredible Seth buy Anomaly its like an 80ft front flip in a high speed Bella Coola line. However its literally like 4 shots of Seth in Anomaly which is really shocking considering its a boat trip section and all. I hear show and prove is the best though bu havent got it yet.

Have not seen Anomaly yet. I actually liked his ski porn footage alot. I love seeing Seth destroy super steep lines in Alaska. It also had some nice pillow shots. The problem was, it was way too short. If it were two or three times as long with the same level of Alaskan quality I would have been more stoked. There are also a couple of times I would have liked to see a perspective shot of the line he skied, where the camera pulls back and really shows you how sick the line is. TGR is usually good about doing that. Show and Prove had more footage with nice pillow lines and a couple of HUGE flips. If we could have a movie with the Alaska lines of Ski Porn, but the flips of Show/Prove that would be nice. I think the quality of his skiing is the same as in the SM3 days, we just don't see as much of it, because he is divided into different movies. In the big mountain arena, it takes a very long time to get enough shots for a great segment. It is hard to do that when filming with several companies. Although WAR was insane.

The seth seggies in Show and Prove are just fucking sick. It's like T-Hall Vs. Seth. My two favorite skiers is just the most amazing part ever. Sure the tricks thrown aren't the craziest but it is just incredible. You have to watch it. Maybe you don't want to buy it but at least watch it once. That's all I have to say.
Oh and I don't particularly care for the Seth part in WAR, dunno why but I just don't.

he skis everything with a nonchalant park-ish style, like its all not hard in the least bit.
its from last year, but if you havnt gotten war, his section in that is sick. and the up dvd that comes with it has a ton of good footage, too.

Unfortunately, no film company can get as much of seth as they really want. He's the shit, he goes where he wants and if he wants to film with you, consider yourself lucky and use every shot you can. Fact is, people buy movies because of Seth. And with good reason. When and if he picks a company to primarily shoot with, we'll see one of the best segments ever. Period. I just hope he chooses TGR.

I thought the WAR segment was sick but i still reckon front line or high society are his best overall. He would do well to spend more time with at least one company every winter because its like he is just in stuff for his name and they dont care about his footage so they just throw in the completely insane shots and thats it. the UP1.2 with JP was awesome cos it was so much footage and a bit of everything, like it should be. I guess its similar with Jamie Pierre in that now he has done the craziest thing around theres nowhere to go so all they do is put that in the movie, which is a shame because its turning big mountain footage into MTV generation attention deficit disorder rubbish where everything is like watching highlights.
