Replying to Proctor jones

So me and my friends decided we needed some new vids. We ordered TBC, shanghai six, Corduroy, and long story short. This was about a month and a half ago. TBC and shanghai just came in 3 or 4 days ago. Shouldnt TBC and shanghai have come in earlier than more than a month after the order was placed? corduroy and Lss have not come in yet, which I can understand up to a point. I thought that they would be in at least 2 weeks ago. They emailed me and said that I should have them in a week and it is now 2 weeks after I recieced that email. They were nice guys, but really unreliable. Anyone else have a similar expierience with proctor jones? What should I do(complain, email them, ect.)?
