Should Marijuana be legalized?

I want to hear intelligent reasons on whether weed should say illegal or become legalized?

In my opinion it should be for several reasons:
- Tax money going towards more important thing instead of busting harmless pot heads.
- Government could put a sin tax on it (having more money to put towards education, etc.)
- plus many more but I want to hear your reasons

Well you're right, but people can't be addicted to weed.

Yes, racism was a huge factor of weed's prohibition, but it wasn't the only one. Those are the reasons weed is still illegal today when racism is minimal compared to 70 years ago.

It's safer to drive high than drunk. When you are drunk you actually loose cordination.
