Fantasy Freeride...?

ok, ive been looking at this years fantasy freeride, and ive noticed that its teams instead of individuals, does anyone have a list of whose in which team, just for reference purposes? and also, it says trading is now open, but when i went to the buy/sell/trade screen(can't remember the specific name), it says that trading is closed. anyone know whats up?

Fantasy freeride is nowadays just a nice memory of a fun game that could have had a good future... but freeskier fucked it up and now it's done.
