Hey guys and gals...
The only way for us to continue improving our parks is to listen to you the park shredders. I have added a page on jibassicpark.com so everyone can share their thoughts on the parks at Boreal, Alpine, Soda Springs and be HEARD. I know the new season hasn't even started yet but I'd like to hear what you have to say about last years parks and maybe get some last mintue ideas while we are waiting for the snow to start falling. It's a simple form that will allow us to obsorb alot of opinons(cause everyone has one!) and react to them as quick as possible. I'm working to get some cool give away product so that we can do a raffle for everyone who contributes their ideas so please use your real name and email address or you wont be able to win any goodies.
We'll do our first raffle on Nov 1st(retro comments for last year only please), the winner will get their choice of either a skate deck or an unlimited pass to the Boreal Skate Bowl. As I get my hands on raffle prizes I'll post it as well as the next raffle date.
Thanks

lets see...
1. we need a big long flat table i suggest the run just right of rail alley i forget what the name is. the one on dutchman last year looked good but i dont think you could get enough speed.
2. the stair setup should either be moved from rail alley to the night park or you should put some good rails in rail alley.
3.i liked when the c boxes were at the bottom or as flat as possible
4.groom the pipe as much as possible but u prob knew that.
5.i personally want some boxes like a foot off the ground with no kicker so totally skate style.
6. if your gonna set up all those random rails like last year groom them and set them up strait.
7.try to set more things up legit skate style not like the gap to dfd box on dutchman last year.
8. i read that post on setting up all the cars and old skool shit and that sounds good. like trashcans and bear mountain style shit.
9. just a personal favorite i like rails to bomb drops so that would be cool or just a little tranny.
10. the two pack you had under accelerator last year had speed problems like for the usasa slope comp last year. it would be super sick to have a jump line that got bigger and you just bombed from one jump to another to hit perfect tranny.
thx for listening- peter muraki

I prefer gap to rails myself, not "skate style" except for some urban type setups.
Especially for switch ons, its nice to not have to worry about catching tails with too much of an ollie.
Personally, the one thing I would REALLY like to see change is to do a 4 o'clock maintenance on all the jibs.
All those divits are very dangerous, and at night a lot of the features were literally unhittable.
Any park that stays open all day, then at night, needs a changover shift to maintain the features.

Thanks for the feedback. Check the Boreal update thread. I've already addressed most of you comments with our changes this summer. In the future please use the feedback form on the website, that way the info goes instantly to our database and gets to the people that need to see it with consistancy...plus you get entered into the monthly drawing for something cool. On the form you can specify which park you are commenting on Boreal, Alpine or Soda Springs.
Thanks
Eric
